I was super touched by this story. It’s old and it already has 14,661,858 (and counting) views on Youtube, but I just watched it and learned about it a few days ago. This is just so amazing! Stories like this would never grow old. WOW, WHAT A LOVE!
I have also watched the latest interview of the guys who took care of Christian. They said that the last time they have seen him was in 1979 and after that, he was totally re-integrated into the wild.
If lions have this much capacity to love and be a loyal friend, why can’t humans fully do it?
I wonder what Christian was thinking.
I wonder what my dog Whoopie thinks each day when she excitedly jumps at me and wags her tail endlessly when I get home.
I wonder.
